I wrote a review a week ago and I still have not had any feedback from Boots - I don't think I will ever get my money or goods
I have had a shocking experience with an order placed on 14th and being charged for the goods on 15th and still have not received an email of when I will be receiving the goods. I have spoken to customer service on 4 separate occasions and was told that I have to wait as the order is still showing open and get told there is nothing they can do in re-ordering the items until the item shows as despatched, On another occasion I was told to call the despatch company directly. I was then told that it was the back office team that need to sort it and there is only the person I have raised the complaint with that can deal with it, who never contacts me.
Very poor service, and at the moment I am over £70.00 out of pocket without the goods that I could have bought directly from the shop, but chose to go for the deals that were being offered on line.
I have sent in a complaint email and asked for further details - still not received any feedback from Boots
I highly recommend NOT ordering anything from their online website as you may never get the goods and be out of pocket
