My Dyson Air wrap unfortunately started over heating and turning off. I emailed them to explain and they told me either to post it back on a free rerun or drop into the store for a refund/replacement. I returned today and the customer service was outstanding at The Frenchgate Centre Doncaster ! Thankyou !!!
