Right, sorry for this honest review but... My wife has used Boots click and collect for the past 2 years for family Christmas presents. Both years the store delivery has not happened. Both years the store had no idea where it was or when it was going to arrive. The click and collect seems completely separate to the store.
Definitely not recommended, especially for those important gifts.
Now Boots have a tendancy to remove posts that give an honest review. I have screenshot this so it will keep being posted until we have contact from someone.
