Boots in general have very bad customer service people just talking ignoring customers completely !!!
but boots Opticians are the worst went in for my broken glasses for them to mend it ended up worse than befor and used an old screw to fix my them !!!!!!!idiots ..by the way it's the store in the quadrant in swansea
