There have been many reviews about Boots' poor service. My experience was very different. I went to the store at Kings Cross station wanting some medicine for my wife. The lady behind the till could not completely (and understandably) deal with these needs, but passed me to the pharmacist, Nouf. She spoke to my wife on the phone and recommended what she needed and, importantly, what she did not need. I have not used this service before, but this was an excellent customer experience which deserves to be highlighted and a public thank you to Nouf and her team.
