Items arrived broken, part of the order was nail varnish. No padding or wrap within the box thus the nail varnish had smashed covering the contents. Immediately contacted customer service advised to complete a returns form & return which I immediately did. I sent the proof of purchase. It is now 2 months later and I am still waiting for my £148 refund. I contact Boot.com weekly and speak to friendly staff who tell me it is in hand but nothing happens. I am so disappointed.
