Had to visit Boots, Devonshire walk, Derby to collect spare contact lenses as my order (paid for as a reward scheme) didn't turn up until 4 days later.
What concerned me more was the fact the store was absolutely freezing. I would have stayed to purchase beauty products but it was just too cold. The poor staff were shivering, can't believe there was no heating on. Surely that would encourage sales? Also isn't there a legal requirement for the temperature to a working retail environment?
