Whether it's the pharmacy or general Boots shopping I am so impressed by the staff every time I'm there in person. The warmth and helpfulness of the staff is absolutely second to none. Maybe this just happens in my local branch.....Motherwell Brandon Parade.
The Boots App does need some work though!
