In our village boots at SOUTH CAVE is a lady by the name of ADELE I wandered in not feeling fantastic looking for advice, whilst I waited I watched Adele with another customer, she was warm, helpful, polite and sympathetic, she also acknowledged me suggesting I take a seat and she would be with me very shortly, what a wonderful lady, her professionalism shone through as did her kindness, extensive knowledge and most importantly wonderful vibrant personality - although I felt poorly this lady single handedly brightened my day.
