A prescription handed in 3 weeks ago to the Gravesend branch has still not been dispensed. Despite being a national chain they say they can only get items from the local supplier. When I complained they showed me a sheaf of out of stock orders saying "You're not the only one!"
They will not return the prescription, dispense 200mg tablets instead of 400mg, or suggest any alternative, although there could be very serious consequences to an interruption in treatment!
