Points came off my advantage card when all I asked for was a scan of my card to see how much was on. £5 of points were removed. I contacted Boots online and they would not reinstate my card with the points when it was their mistake. Now after being a customer for 30 years I will never set foot in there again!
Disgusting customer service!!
