I visited the Victoria Centre Boots Store on Saturday 9th September, and wanted to acknowledge what lovely service I received. The young lady assistant named Whitney, serving on the Benefit make-up counter, was extremely helpful towards me. She found it no bother at all to help sort out several items which I required, but had not taken to the till point. She happily went to fetch these items and sort everything out for me. I was so thankful to her for this... I know it is just something very simple, but it had already been such a long day for me, and I was in a lot of pain (which she was unaware of), but her offer to assist me without a second thought, was just what I needed and I want to acknowledge her kindness and say a big 'thank-you' to her. She was lovely, friendly and polite. I have always received this kind of service from the staff in this store... everyone always seems genuinely happy to be of assistance at all times. Thank you.
