My mother in law bought me an itison voucher for Aberdeen Bon accord centre.The offer was to get a 'glass of proscetto and a make up tutorial from Lancôme ' lady at counter was really rude, did nt give me an offer of a glass of wine and every time I told her the colours I didn't like,she ended up using them on me!! I left looking like a clown!! Lady at counter was supposed to have worked there for 15 yrs!! I think it's time for her to change jobs if she doesn't like pleasing her customers.The one star was for Lancôme only.
