A few days ago I was in Boots in Sutton On Sea Lincolnshire, I wanted advice on some medication, a young lady called Helen came from the back when she saw the shop was busy, her advice was excellent.
She's an asset to Boots, she smiled and talked her knowledge was brilliant.
