I had a long wait even though staff were clearly free. When I eventually was served the young lady was extremely rude and not helpful at all. When asking her about a Estée Lauder product she wasn't willing to help as she said she didn't work in this brand and that she worked in no.7, she said that the lady who works with Estée Lauder is on her lunch so come back then and then walked off before I even finished my sentence!! I have never experienced this in the Trowbridge Boots Store. I didn't go back as I was really not impressed!!
