I personally made a mistake with my purchases at boots this week, so I telephoned my local store this morning and the store manager answered. She was really pleasant and understanding and made arrangements for me to call in and see the duty manager later in the evening. Called in just gone 7pm and the duty manager knew all about my problem and resolved it in 2 minutes.
