A member of staff at the Boots store in Nuneaton. The lady is Sam and she gave me really good advice on beauty products. I was looking for a new product and one that suited me better. Sam's assessment and advice lead me to choose a new product and now I am much happier. She was just super friendly and helpful. Thanks Sam.
