Ordered photo cushion, advised delivery last week, no answer on customer services email, left on hold with premium rate number that eventually cut me off.
Just spoke to someone, Boots order number off their site & Boots don’t recognise.
Checked my bank account, they’ve taken my payment!!!
Now on another number to try for a refund, they just cut me off!!!!
DO NOT USE, BETTER TO GO TO A STORE (Not Boots) THEIR ONLINE SERVICE & CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AT BEST USELESS!
