Ordered a few perfumes online (one being an expensive Chanel fragrance 100ml) and all the boxes were squashed.
Phoned customer services to complain and was just told to go into a Boots store to receive a refund or replacement, or to go onto the website to return.
Not happy.
Will buy perfumes from Allbeauty.com in future as they secure their items in cardboard boxes and the delivery is superfast.
