Ordered perfume for my wife’s Xmas on the 20th of December in store due to the shop having no stock .was promised next day delivery .
Went to the shop to collect on the 22nd , no perfume , no explanation, even worse no refund (because it’s a live order )
Absolute joke of a company , taking money under faulse pretences.
This is now the 27th dec , still no further forward and still no perfume .
Stay well clear !!
