The worst possible Service!!!!
Ordered Aftershave on the 12th December for collection in my local store on the 19th, it never arrived and the store couldn't give me an update as to when it would arrive, after repeated attempts I managed to contact Customer services (a contradiction in terms) offered a refund but not an apology! To make things worse, it cost me £18.00 in phone charges to get a refund. Looking at other reviews, I'm not alone.
