Having bought a pair of nail clippers at £25, when I tried them I found they were faulty. I was then advised by Boots that Managers discretion if to issue a refund.
What. The things are faulty for goodness sake. Never again will I shop at Boots, my last shop was £120. In future I will go elsewhere. I’m now contacting Trading Standards over this terrible issue.
