Highly disappointing. Everything!
Terrible service, waiting time forever( even if usually there are a lot of people behind the counter) , if you have a problem you need to come thousands of times in store to solve it and everytime you need to explain again ...
Staff not trained, web site not working.
I have try just now to book an eye test.
Page not working!!!
