Boots in Didcot Orchard Centre is grossly understaffed or badly managed. The Pharmacy is ridiculous and customers can be waiting for 15 to 20 minutes before being acknowledged for any sort of service.
Even then the staff are very surly probably due to the pressure of work but don't get me wrong they don't overwork themselves it would seem!!
