i telephoned customer serices on 18th december to check availability of an item at boots the glades,bromley
YES,they definitely have it in stock said the customer service lady
so i spent hours going there and speaking to staff to find NO they didn't have it--BUT i ordered with them there to collect this w/end. when i drove over to collect today i queued up to find the item was opened with half of it missing!!!
there is no appology.no efficiency +no correct service
if there was an option for no stars i would give that
