two complaints.
1st not allowed to redeem advantage card points to buy a gift card . Seriously mean spirited .
2nd
short changed deliberately by a shop assistant because she did not have a penny. She consiously gave me 2p change when she owed me 3p saying she did not have a penny.
She should have sourced the penny or given more than i was due to the nearest denomination available. Not about the money but the principle.
