My husband purchased hearing aids from boots in Tamworth. He seen a gentleman by the name of Tony, who has been no help what so ever, also so very rude. Today 15/11/21 we have been back and was seen by a lady named Saffiyah Khan. What a lovely helpful lady she was. So very helpful in every way what an absolute pleasure to be spoken to the way she did. I take everything back and will now sing the praises of Boots, just so long as we don’t see that horrible man again.
