I find the after care of Boots hearing eids totally unsatisfactory.
My hearing aid disconnected from my phone.
This happened on the 25 March I was given the 15 th April as nearest appointment.
I was also told I could go to Boots and see if they would see me.
Unable to see me.
Today phone call to cancel today and earliest May!!
What is happening to the aftercare service?
