Am appalled at the service from Wimbledon Branch of Boots hearing, Appt. changed by letter (which arrived the day after appt). new appt cancelled by phone day before appt. and so it goes on. PLEASE do not blame covid. Possibly shortage of staff. Impossible to get through on the telephone to local branch. I could go on...I suspect, like most companies that out source, the standards drop dramatically! I am elderly and finding the wait since my last visit to middle of September worrying
