I lost my hearing aid that fell out of my ear and which wasn’t fitted properly, the aftercare I received was disgusting and heartless, I was having a bad panic attack caused by me worrying how on earth I was going to pay for the replacement , there was not compassion and boots just didn’t care about my mental health
