Ihave a boots hearing aid which I got from castlemal Norwich I am due for a check up traveled 15 miles it had been cancelled said they sent a letter which I haven’t received this had happened twice All together I think it had been cancelled about 4to5 times. Some one else was complaining they had been treated the same When I spoke to them I just don’t this is good enough
