Purchased top of range, £3.5k, December 22. Mediocre service from Macclesfield branch. Had service issue 30 June. Unable to resolve. Earliest appointment for face to face (covering 20 mile radius) 10 July in Knutsford branch, 15 miles away. Service level totally INADEQUATE.
Should have gone to SpecSavers.
