Appalling customer service, my mother was sold phonak hearing aids in 2021 which have never worked properly. She’s 92 yrs of age, spent over £2,000 for something that has caused nothing but stress and upset, far from improving her quality of life.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend boots hearingcare or phonak hearing aids.
