I agree wholeheartedly with the other negative reviews.The after sales service is dire...appointments cancelled and new appointments made for dates I cannot do(they are then cancelled and so it goes on) .No response to my emails.When I telephoned to explain this I got no apology..just told I was now out of refund time.!When I said in desperation I had been forced go to a rival I was told this invalidated my guarantee!I then explained that the rival saw me at once and said the problem was earwax which they removed so never touched the hearing aid I received no apology.
All I want is my money back and to take my business elsewhere!
