Diabolical service utter shambles
Have been a boots customer for 25 years
Both glasses and aids spent thousands
appointments cancelled some times same day,
Romsey even lost my hearing aids!!!
Customer service diabolical
Todays date 9/5/23 I have just two appointments cancelled one believe it or not 5/2/25 over a year away
My advice to anyone go to spec savers
