The only that made me feel happy was the practical side of testing and adjustment of hearing aids . The other side I felt degraded after I was asked why I had made a concern . So everyone who writes a review is asked why they put their experience down! This was the audiologist quoting I’m not a nasty person !! As a paying customer I was mystified by response of audiologist . Although she is very practical and knowledge is very good .i did feel slightly upset as a disabled person with a brain injury . I felt I was misunderstood and I’m more capable with a functioning cognitive range .
