When buying my £3.500 hearing aids I was told to call into the store anytime if I had a problem. This is not so, when one hearing aid failed to operate I visited the store only to be told I need an appointment. This has happened on several occassions just to have the tube changed. Now it's happened again and the next available appointment is 5 days away! I need 2 hearing aids working properly, if one is dead then I feel lopsided. Croydon Boots have been very helpful but they can't invent spaces for patients. The nearest other one is only part time, also was closed without notice for my appointment last January. Not impressed and would not recommend.
