Positive reviews are definitely fake.
I used to work for this company and it was RARE that people were happy with the company. Even overheard an audiologist belittling staff. Working for a competitor has made me realise what an utter shambles Boots HeaingCare is. Please don’t be fooled by the fact 5 star reviews. If you accidentally book the wrong appointment too, you will be turned away at the door.
