Extremely poor B2C return experience. This company is making sure that you do not return/échange anything!! Not only do you have to pay yourself for shipping cost and return shipping cost, but Boozlet does not even refund you the full item price but deducts and keeps for them 9€ !!! There isn’t any other serious online company doing such appalling practice.
