“Ich habe 3 Artikeln bei Booztlet gekauft und einen zurückgeschickt.
Soweit alles in Ordnung bis meine Retoure bei Klarna abgelehnt wurde.
Es hat sich rausgestellt dass mein Code auf dem Retourenschen was ich vom Booztlet per E-Mail bekommen habe fehlerhaft war und falsche Daten( anderer Name und andere Sendungsnummer) hinterlegt worden sind.
Mein Päckchen habe ich verschickt und die Bestätigung von DHL per E-Mail bekommen. Nachweislich wurde mein Paket auch geliefert!
Jetzt bin ich beim Anwalt weil der Händler behauptet mein Paket wäre nie gekommen ( trotz DHL Nachweis) und KLARNA hat meine Reklamation trotz allen Beweisen abgelehnt
Mit dem Händler war die Kommunikation sehr schwer da nicht deutschsprachig, nicht kooperativ und trotz Rückgabe wird von mir die Bezahlung von dem retourniertem
Artikel verlangt!!!!

“I was trying to place an order for 3 times. Different addresses, different payment methods. They are taking money and sending it back the same day or the next day. No reasonable explanation except "Order was a duplicate or that it was denied by our fraud filter". Contacting customer service didn't help either because as they say this is not them but their "security system", and they do not have access to its "security aspects". Waste of time, poor customer service. If your first order didn't pass, just don't waste your time, I did it for you. All answers you can get are just templates.”

Not only do you have to pay yourself for shipping cost and return shipping cost, but Boozlet does not even refund you the full item price but deducts and keeps for them 9€ !!! There isn’t any other serious online company doing such appalling practice.”
