I was trying to place an order for 3 times. Different addresses, different payment methods. They are taking money and sending it back the same day or the next day. No reasonable explanation except "Order was a duplicate or that it was denied by our fraud filter". Contacting customer service didn't help either because as they say this is not them but their "security system", and they do not have access to its "security aspects". Waste of time, poor customer service. If your first order didn't pass, just don't waste your time, I did it for you. All answers you can get are just templates.
