Disappointed with Booztlet – Poor Service Experience
Unfortunately, my experience with Booztlet has been disappointing. I paid for delivery when placing my order, only to be asked to pay again for returning one of the items. This approach is costly and unfriendly.
The return policy feels inflexible and lacks customer care. With so many competing platforms offering better options and more professional service, I won’t be ordering from Booztlet again.
