I purchased a refrigerator from this company a year ago, and it broke down within that time. Despite multiple complaints, we have seen no review or progress on the issue. The company has failed to respond to any of our messages, and their customer service is abysmal. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism and support. Avoid this company at all costs.
