“Very poor quality of washing machine. The Drum is not spinning after 3 years of purchase. When called the customer care received a very poor response from the representative. They are not at all responsible and zero percent customer service. The Drum replacement costs approx 13k and takes 10 days. Who in earth uses such a scrap product? I won't recommend this scrap even to the worst of my enemies. Please don't waste your money going to Bosch.”

However, the refrigerator continued to malfunction the next day. When I contacted the service center again, they said they could not send anyone that day and postponed the visit to the following day. Engineer visited after 4days and he just cleaned and said it will start cooling after 1hour. But still my refrigerator is not cooling. Raised this issue and spoken to customer service multiple times and my issue is still not resolved after 8days also. Is this how bosch is working.
