Poor customer service - waste of time. Engineer came only to say he needed to leave in 20 mins and didnt really have time to do anything save for moan about cannot access machine but i was already helping him create access. Didnt read report properly which clearly states there is a leak. Gave little to no effort as was ready to go as soon as he arrived.
Should have booked someone else. Waste of time.
