“I am extremely disappointed with the service I received for my refrigerator repair. I initially booked a service appointment on Saturday, but when I called to confirm on Monday, I was told no technicians were available until Tuesday. When the technician finally arrived on Tuesday afternoon, he merely instructed me to turn off the fridge for six hours to drain water and assured me it would be functional after 24 hours. However, the refrigerator continued to malfunction the next day. When I contacted the service center again, they said they could not send anyone that day and postponed the visit to the following day. This level of service is unacceptable. Meanwhile, I had an issue with my IFB washing machine, and their response was prompt and effective, with regular follow-ups. “My fridge is not working. Raised issue with the customer care. Request nos. 472275941 and 4240779143. Freezer is working but my lower unit is not cooling. Its been 8days now. Engineer visited after 4days and he just cleaned and said it will start cooling after 1hour. But still my refrigerator is not cooling. Raised this issue and spoken to customer service multiple times and my issue is still not resolved after 8days also. Is this how bosch is working. We purchased bosch products thinking that we will best best. But this is worst. Where should we go now.”
