Extremely disappointed with Bosch service. Since 3 July I’ve been trying to get a replacement cable for my dishwasher (rat-damaged). I’m willing to pay for just the part but they insist on a ₹800 service charge even though I don’t require any technician visit. I offered to pick it up myself—still refused. No written explanation, no follow-up, daily calls get me nowhere. Very poor support from such a reputed brand.
