Very very disappointed in customer service. We bought aids 061023 with extended warranty they we sent and we loved them as my husband is 83 and a hospice patient with not much time left and enjoyed very much hearing his family and friends again we they come by our home. But not even a month later the right aid just stopped working. I had a hard time getting in touch with a rep to get another aid sent and had to pay extra to have it sent as soon as possible. Then the other one stopped working. Could not get anyone to call back and your web site would not allow emails to send. Finally got some rep who helped but not according to our agreement. Finally after much delay it was sent. V I P I do not think so. We agreed to just purchase another set and send back the faulty aids. But instead just a left one was sent (very late) even though we were charged extra to get aids as zoom as possible. Product great service not at all. Jeanette & David Henson
