“Bossa really deserves negative stars as they are a scam. Paid for the product. Returned product in Dec 2023 as of today July 31, 2024 I have yet to receive my refund along with hundreds of other consumers. Some haven't even received the product they paid for. Bossa has a F rating with the BBB. The AG of AZ now states Bossa is no longer operating. Beware of ordering any hearing aids as Bossa may open up under a new name.”
“I sent in my hearing aids due to them not working. Received one only and have been emailing for a couple of months for status on the other one plus charger. They do not answer emails and there is no phone number to call them direct. Cannot even receive refund due to no response from the company. Bad customer service and overall bad company would not recommend to anyone.”
“I ordered hearing aids when I got them they were too big. I asked for smaller size. I sent the bigger ones back at my expense and paid $175 Canadian dollars more for a smaller hearing aid. I have never received these smaller hearing aids ( I guess they were waiting for parts) they offered me a refund or I could wait. I asked for a refund and they said they are working on it. I have never received the hearing aids or a refund and this has been going on since 5 months and now they are not answering my emails and when I call I get nothing not even a ring tone. They owe me$375 US dollars. Very frustrating and disappointing.”
