First off they sent me a tracking number then canceled it did not tell me I needed a new tracking number. What was supposed to take 8 - 12 days took over a month to receive. Now that a volume button has quit working there phone is off the hook. Only a busy signal when you call. Online support never answers. Email is never answered. Now we are out $135.65.

I'm a repeat customer of Bossa products waiting for my new pair. It's been about a month since ordering but I understand that supply and staffing is probably an issue. I'm going to be very patient and hope I do get them! I would say I have been satisfied by the original pair, although one of them has an annoying feedback, at least I have one that holds a long charge and I find it quite helpful. In reading the other recent reviews, I just hope I do receive the newer pair. Patience, people! Things are NOT the same as they used to be. We have to adjust to the new reality.

Big scam. Have been waiting now for 4 months. They don't even answer their email. Red flag don't buy. Very good on marketing but they don't deliver. They say they are back order but lately they don't even answer my emails

I bought my first pair of hearing aids with Bossa hearing back in February of 2023 and all was fine. On May 10th of 2024 I called to buy the right hearing aid only which was damaged, plus some wax guard accessories. They charged my CC $65.00 and never received the product as of July 2024. The phone number is not working and they are not responding to my emails. any suggestions from someone in here?

I have been waiting since March for my refund. The phone number online is a fake. I just don't know what my next step will be. It's horrible that this company is taking seniors money but not refunding them . Any suggestions?

If I could give a negative score, I would!!! I ordered aids in February, tried them out and called about the return policy. I followed everything and returned them as they required. I conversed with several emails with prompt response from them in the beginning. Not so, now. I have called the numbers listed, no one answers, did the chat line and when I gave my tracking number, it came back that they had no record of it. I have emailed them (35 printed pages) and now they are not answering my emails. If you need hearing aids, PLEASE find another company. Total frustration from this end! Can’t believe a company is allowed to get by with this kind of customer service

Paid for my hearing aids on 4/31/24 and still have not received them as of today 6/29/24. No refund and no product as of today. I did receive a email about a month ago saying a refund was going to be applied to my Amex. Bad service please don’t do business with this company!!

I ordered June 20th. I received the order confirmation really quickly. This should have been my RED flag moment I usually do my research/review before purchasing but neglected to do so. As I had sent out messages for shipping details and received no response, I decided to do a review on Bossa. Really surprised but not shocked at the amount of dissatisfied customers. Does anyone know where they are located???

Placed my order on 11 may. Order number 91225 was confirmed. Money was taken from my account $122. It's been almost 2 months and I haven't received my order yet. No one answers the phone or sends me emails after many attempts I finally asked for a refund. Still no word from Bossa. DO NOT BUY FROM BOSSA

I didn't want to give them any stars Bossa is a scam it's been two months since ordering no product and no response from company they are a ripoff with so many people complaining about this company why are they aloud to keep operating so this kind of criminal activity is okay, this doesn't sit well with me especially when it comes to losing my hard earned money I something I needed dearly.😡

I ordered Bossa hearing aids on April 14th. I contacted support and was told they would ship on Monday. Three weeks later I contacted them to cancel my order and issue a refund. No replies since! Still waiting for refund!

Fall out of my ears. Charging on and off. Works for a moment than off again.sound not very good. Tried a few times and gave up cannot hear with them...charge wo"t hold.

This broker is a scam if only I had read about them before going into trade with them. 😡 they keep telling me to deposit more of my funds.. After I read about them and concluded and decided to reach out to Mrs.Doris after I read so many reviews on how She has helped a lot of victims. Very bad company. Sent back my tx10 that stopped working shortly after getting them. No refund or replacement. Been trying to call for 2 weeks, busy signal, or they hang up immediately

Ordered hearing aids on April 1st. still haven't received. Requested they refund my money, they kept saying give them 2 days. Here it is 2 1/2 months later no hearing aids or money refunded. Been trying to call them for a week now and all I get is a busy signal. So DON'T buy anything from Bossa. Order #203497 Just so you know I'm legit.
